L1.1 A fire hydrant valve was inadvertently left open after fire system maintenance in WC3/4 Conveyor Gantry at CCT Wharf. When the system was re-pressurised, a small volume of water fell onto the roadway and into a drain that leads to the Harbour EPA to monitor future compliance with this condition 1
L1.1 During washdown of a shiploader at the CCT Wharf, adjacent to Surge Bin 7 (303m chainage), water was identified as running from the washdown area to the wharf roadway and into a drain that leads directly to the Harbour. EPA to monitor future compliance with this condition 1
